Simply send back the empty bottle for a full refund. Any unused product is yours to keep -- no questions asked. Please note a full refund doesn’t include shipping and handling.

How to Return Product.

Returning product is simple:


1. Go to Contact US page.

2. Fill out the form and write down Product refund, your full name, address and order number in the comments section.

3. Our customer service department will reply your email with instruction and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 48 hours.


Please note that product issues not declared within 90 days of purchase are not entitled to a refund. 
To receive your refund, you must postmark your return within 90 days of purchase. Be sure to clearly write the return merchandise authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the box. Our shipping department does NOT accept any packages without an RMA number. 
You are responsible for the return shipping fee.

Please do not mark any package as “Return to sender” or “Refused” as these are not accepted for a refund.  If you return a package, we recommend that you get proof of shipment. Upon receipt of your returned product with a valid RMA number, a refund will be issued to your credit card for a full refund of the purchase price including shipping and handling. After the shipping department receives your return, it generally takes 3-5 business days or less to process your refund. Once a return is processed, it can take up to one billing cycle for this return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.
